You Don't Have to Settle For Feeling This Way
Many of my clients come to me after months or even years of feeling dismissed, stuck, or simply not themselves. They’ve tried medication, followed advice, waited on results…and still don’t feel better.
We live in a stressful, fast-paced society, and far too many people accept stress, pain, and imbalances believing it’s “just the way things are.”
But living in pain shouldn’t be normalised. Whether it’s physical pain, emotional overwhelm, or both, it’s your body’s way of saying something isn’t working as it should.
You don’t have to live with it. And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

A Personalised,
Evidence-Informed Approach
Most of the people I work with have already tried other routes. Maybe they’ve been through rounds of testing with no clear answers. Maybe they’ve been told their pain is something they just have to live with. Maybe their symptoms don’t fit neatly into a box, but they still know something isn’t right.
That’s where I come in. My treatments are completely tailored to each person. I take the time to listen and understand the full picture, and I adjust the treatment plan as things shift and evolve. Clients often tell me it’s the first time they’ve felt truly heard — and that’s exactly how it should be.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
Traditional Chinese Medicine sees the body as an interconnected whole. It’s not about chasing or masking symptoms, it’s about understanding what’s underneath.
That’s why you might come in with back pain, and I place needles in your hands or feet. It’s not random, and it’s not guesswork. TCM allows us to get to the root of what’s happening and support the systems that need attention, even if they don’t seem directly related.
This way of working helps create lasting change, not just quick fixes. It supports the nervous system, improves circulation, and helps the body return to its natural rhythm.
My Story: Why I Practise Acupuncture

Growing up, I always knew I wanted to help people. For a while, I thought nursing might be the path, but it never felt quite right. Then a family member suggested I try acupuncture to help with stress-induced anxiety. I gave it a go — and something clicked. After a few sessions, I felt a shift. That was the moment I realised, *this is what I’m meant to do*.
I’ve always been drawn to holistic healing, and acupuncture felt like the next natural step. For a long time I thought it wouldn’t be possible — I had young children and didn’t see myself as academic. But during COVID, something changed. I asked myself, *Why not me?*, and submitted my application the same day.
Since then, I’ve never looked back. I studied at the Northern College of Acupuncture and graduated with a 2:1 Bsc. Supporting others through acupuncture is not just my work, it’s something I truly care about. In my spare time, you’ll catch me running around after the kids or planning my next trip to Northern Norway. It’s one of my favourite places, the snow, the crisp fresh air, and obviously the Northern Lights! I enjoy being in the Norwegian mountains and sledging with the kids

YOUR BODY RESPONDS TO SEASONAL SHIFTS, JUST LIKE NATURE DOES.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, each season is linked to different elements and emotions. Spring connects with the wood element and liver, and can bring feelings of frustration or restlessness. Autumn is linked to the metal element and lungs, and may stir up sadness or a sense of letting go.
Acupuncture can help you stay balanced through these seasonal transitions. Even if you don’t have a specific concern, many people find regular treatments at the change of seasons beneficial for both body and mind.
